Australian Shipping Costs
Choose from Regular or Express Shipping - select at checkout.
Regular orders are sent via Australia Post or Courier and include tracking. Please allow 4-10 working days for delivery.
Orders of less than $70 in total will be subject to a flat rate $8.95 Shipping fee. Orders greater than $70 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
If you have multiple addresses the free shipping will only apply to one address.
Express Post orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking. Please allow 1-4 working days for express delivery, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days fr delivery.
Express Post orders placed before midday will generally be posted the same day (Monday to Friday).
All Express Post orders will be charged a flat rate of $12.95.
Overseas Shipping Costs
We ship to the US, UK, Ireland, India and New Zealand. Shipping is tracked Australia Post and is a flat rate for a parcel under 2kg. Most of our curated Hug in Mug Gift boxes are under 2kg.
US, UK & Ireland = $30
NZ = $25
India = $30

General Shipping Information
Inspirational Tea Co. is based in Australia and ships to Australia, UK, United States of America, India and New Zealand.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday. There may be extended order processing times during peak periods but we will endeavour to ship within 2 business days.
Orders are shipped to the Shipping Address on your order. Please ensure this address is accurate as we are unable to refund or reship items if an order is sent to an incorrect address. Redelivery will incur a shipping fee.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. Please ensure you place your order with enough time to receive it by the date required. We do not issue refunds or accept returns because a package does not arrive on time.
All orders will be neatly packaged and sent in a protective mailing envelope or box. All fragile items are wrapped in protective paper bubble wrap.
We offer a limited hours local pickup service for customers on the Gold Coast. When placing your order on our website, please select the ‘pick up’ option when checking out. You will receive a standard order confirmation email, then a second email to let you know your order is ready (usually within 24 hours, weekdays only). You can pick up your order from our warehouse at 4/9 Frinton St, Southport QLD 4215. Pick up hours are Monday-Wednesday 10am-3pm. We are currently operating a contactless pick up system, please check your email for further details.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, unless it is faulty.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us straight away. We may ask for photo documentation of the damage. We will resend an order or issue a refund if deemed appropriate.
