Terms & Conditions Teabag Quote Win a Year of Tea bags Competition
1. Theme and Purpose:
The competition revolves around creating inspiring, motivational, or funny quotes that will be featured on our teabags.
The goal is to engage our community and infuse positivity and creativity into their tea-drinking experience.
2. Eligibility:
The competition is open to participants residing in Australia or New Zealand.
The winner must provide a valid shipping address for prize delivery. We accept PO boxes and parcel lockers.
3. How to Enter:
Participants must be followers of our Instagram or Facebook page.
To enter, participants must comment on the competition post with their quote ideas. They can submit as many quotes as they wish.
Quotes can be original creations or well known quotes, but will be ineligible if there are copyright issues.
4. Content Guidelines:
Quotes should be uplifting and motivational, and no longer than around 10 words.
Quotes should be family-friendly, positive, and respectful.
No offensive, derogatory, or inappropriate language.
Quotes should be in English or have an accompanying English translation.
5. Competition Period:
The competition will start on Tuesday 5th September, and will close on midnight Wednesday 13th September 2023.
All quotes must be submitted within this period to be considered.
6. Winner Selection:
Our team will review all submitted quotes and select the top three winners based on creativity, relevance, and adherence to the theme.
Winners will be announced and contacted via direct message on Instagram.
7. Prizes:
The three winners will have their quotes featured on our next batch of teabags.
Each winner will receive a year's supply of teabags, which includes 3 sets of 25-packs per quarter for twelve months.
8. Prize Delivery:
Winners will be required to provide their shipping details for teabag delivery via direct message.
Prize delivery will be arranged through Shopify, and winners must provide accurate and complete information.
9. Rights and Usage:
By entering the competition, participants agree to grant us the right to use their submitted quotes for promotional purposes.
10. Sharing Requirement:
Participants are encouraged to re-share the competition post on their own Instagram or Facebook story, tagging our official page.
Sharing the post on their story is not mandatory for entry, but it increases the chances of engagement and visibility.
11. General Terms:
The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
By participating, participants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility or liability.
Our decision regarding winners is final and not subject to appeal.
