FAQ'S BLACK FRIDAY SALE
What is the Black Friday promotion?
It's a good one! For the duration of the sale, everything on our website is 20% off (prices as marked), with selected bundles up to 50% off.
If you spend over $150 you will get a free gift worth $72.50.
In the first hour of the sale we will also have a free gift if you spend over $200.
Can I use a discount code?
During our Black Friday sale, our regular discount codes will not apply. Black Friday specific promotional codes may be offered. Save any discount codes you might have to use after the sale ends! Gift cards are still valid.
Will I get an order confirmation?
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it.
If by chance the confirmation email gets lost we can help you - just email us at hello@inspirationalteaco.com.au.
How do I get the free gift?
Orders over $150 will be eligible to receive the free gift while stocks last. As soon as you hit the target spend the gift will be automatically added to your Cart.
The free gift will show on your order confirmation. 1 Free Gift per order.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled we can cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us at hello@inspirationalteaco.com.au or call (07) 3180 3805. Note our Customer Service Team hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 3pm.
What happens if the product I want is out of stock?
Our system automatically updates product availability on our online store as stock levels decrease. However, in rare cases, multiple orders may be placed simultaneously just before stock runs out. As a result, we might discover during order processing that the item is no longer available in our warehouse. When this happens, we’ll do our best to provide you with options for a resolution.
Can I get a refund for the sale amount if I bought before the sale?
We understand it can be disappointing to miss out on a sale, but unfortunately, we’re unable to provide refunds for purchases made before the sale started. Our sale prices are only available for orders placed during the promotional period. We truly value your support and encourage you to keep an eye out for future sales and special offers!
What if I want to return my items?
We have a 100% Happiness Guarantee, so if you are not happy with your purchase we will issue a full refund per our normal Terms and Conditions here.
How do I get free shipping?
If you spend over $130 you are entitled to free Regular Australia Post shipping. This applies for the duration of the Black Friday sale. Once the sale is over we will revert back to our regular Free
Shipping over $100 policy.
Will I need a code to get the Black Friday offers?
No! We've made it very easy this year, all price reductions will be marked, and if you are eligible for any free gifts they will automatically load into your Cart.
How long will it take to get my order?
This is our busiest time of year, so please allow up to ten days to receive your order.
Don't worry, that still leaves plenty of time to have everything in time for Christmas (we planned it that way!).
Can I order Christmas gifts now?
Absolutely! We highly recommend you get your Christmas shopping done during the Black Friday sale.
If you'd like us to send a gift box or selection of products straight to the recipient, then you have a few options to make it seamless.
You can even add Christmas Gift Wrapping.
