Inspirational Tea Co. is based in Australia and all orders ship from our Gold Coast warehouse. We ship our full range to Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping within Australia

Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate for all Australian locations via Australia Post.
Express Shipping: Upgrade available to Express Post starting at $12.95 (calculated on weight of the parcel).

We can ship to Post Office boxes and Regional areas.

Shipping is FREE if order value is over $150. Regular Post only. 

Shipping to New Zealand

Standard Shipping: All locations in New Zealand via Australia Post's Standard International mail at prevailing rates.
Express Shipping: Upgrade available to International Express Post at standard rates.

Tracking

All orders ship with Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number for your package when it's despatched. All shipping includes postal insurance for extra peace of mind.

DELIVERY TIMES

We deliver Australia-wide (business days only) - Cut off is midday weekdays for same day dispatch. This excludes Mondays and sales or post restock periods, when you should allow 2-3 business days for dispatch.

Public Holidays: Shipping days do not include public holidays.

Custom and Duty charges: Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes/ COD fees. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for Shipping information will be supplied when orders are despatched with tracking information.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. Please ensure you place your order with enough time to receive it by the date required. We do not issue refunds or accept returns because a package does not arrive on time.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Orders are shipped to the Shipping Address on your order. Please ensure this address is accurate as we are unable to refund or reship items if an order is sent to an incorrect address. Redelivery will incur a shipping fee. 

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

All orders will be neatly packaged and sent in a protective box. All fragile items are wrapped in protective paper bubble wrap. If a breakage does occur please contact us for a replacement, and send images to hello@inspirationalteaco.com.au. We will immediately send a replacement.

Missing Packages After Confirmed Delivery

Proof of Delivery: Our couriers provide documentation confirming delivery. This indicates that the package was delivered to the address provided.

Authority to Leave: Some packages are automatically sent with "Authority to Leave". When packages have "authority to leave" and get lost or damaged post-delivery, Inspirational Tea Co. is not liable. We recommend choosing a secure location for such deliveries.

Next Steps: If your package seems missing post-delivery:

• Verify the delivery spot.
• Check with neighbours or other household members.
• If still not located, consider filing a theft report with Australia Post.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

While every effort is made to ensure the product and colour selected will be used, circumstances may arise due to availability where gift box inclusions may be substituted with that of the same or higher value and suitability. If the contents vary dramatically the customer will be notified for permission to substitute.
