HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders placed before Midday AEST will be shipped the same day. After this time they will be shipped the next business day.
We use Austalia Post Regular and Express network.
CAN I SEND DIRECTLY TO MY FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBER?
Sure you can and we encourage it because it's the easiest and quickest way to get your gift to your loved one.
At the checkout enter their address as the shipping address and your address as the billing adress.
We don't include an invoice in the gift box, this is emailed to you.
CAN I SEND TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We are working on a more automated way for this option during the checkout process. But in the meantime, feel free to place your order and email us at hello@inspirationalteaco.com.au
DO YOU SEND OVERSEAS?
No, we only ship to Australia.
CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE?
Of course. What's a gift without a special message! You can either choose to add your message to a free gift tag or add a greeting card. Both of these options are at step 2 of the Build a Box process.
DO YOU SEND AN INVOICE WITH ORDERS?
No we don't. Most orders are a gift so we know how important it is to keep this sort of information secret from the person receiving the gift. 😉
